You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Condition of the Drone

To be eligible for a return, the drone must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. The drone should not have been flown, modified, or damaged. If the drone has been used or is missing parts, we may offer a partial refund or an exchange, depending on the condition of the returned item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Drones that have been modified or tampered with
  • Accessories, batteries, or consumables (e.g., propellers, chargers) once opened or used
  • Opened or used software or firmware products
  • Customized or special-order drones that were made to customer specifications

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@buy4tdrones.com within the 30-day return window. Provide your order number, purchase details, and a brief description of the reason for the return. Our customer service team will issue a return authorization and provide instructions on how to return the drone.

5. Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the drone is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your drone.
  • International Returns: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for return shipping as well as any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. International returns must also be processed within 30 days of delivery.
